Welcome to the RaidRise Store. These Terms of Service apply to the use of our store and to all purchases made through it. Please read these terms carefully before completing a purchase.

1. Agreement to the Terms

By accessing the RaidRise Store or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the store or purchase any products.

2. Products and Services

The RaidRise Store offers virtual in-game products such as ranks, gems, upgrades, packages, and other digital benefits. All products are virtual goods, have no real-world value, and cannot be exchanged, transferred, resold, or redeemed for real money.

3. Payments and Transactions

All payments are processed securely through the available payment providers. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that all information provided during checkout is correct.

4. Minecraft Username

You are responsible for entering the correct Minecraft username during checkout. RaidRise is not responsible for purchases delivered to the wrong account due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

5. Delivery of Virtual Items

After a successful payment, purchases are delivered automatically in-game. Delivery may take up to 20 minutes. If your purchase has not arrived after this time, please open a ticket on our Discord or contact us via email at [email protected].

6. Refunds and Returns

All purchases are final and non-refundable. Since all items sold through the RaidRise Store are virtual goods, refunds, returns, exchanges, or chargebacks are not accepted once a purchase has been completed.

7. Server Rules and Punishments

Purchasing from the RaidRise Store does not exempt you from following the server rules. If you are banned, muted, or otherwise punished for breaking the rules, you are not entitled to a refund, replacement, or compensation.

8. Chargebacks and Disputes

Attempting to charge back, dispute, reverse, or cancel a completed payment may result in the removal of purchased items and may lead to a permanent ban from the RaidRise network.

9. Changes to Products and Terms

RaidRise reserves the right to change, update, replace, or remove store packages, perks, features, prices, rewards, or these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the store after changes means that you accept the updated terms.

10. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for the security of your Minecraft account and any account information related to your purchase. RaidRise is not responsible for lost access, account sharing, or purchases affected by unauthorized access to your account.

11. Limitation of Liability

RaidRise is not responsible for any loss of virtual items, account access, progress, data, or other damages caused by user error, rule violations, technical issues, third-party services, or circumstances outside of our control.

12. Minors

If you are under the age of 18, you confirm that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian before making a purchase.
